Fredstory

FrankburtDiner (yes, you have to combine the two words) was a FreddysPlus location that’s more infamous for its owners rather than the location itself.

Frankburt Beefpee always wanted his own restaurant, and the FreddysPlus initiative gave him the opportunity to follow his dreams. Despite just being asked to create a pizzeria, Frankburt had many genres planned for the building.

Frankburt Beefpee

A cafe, a stripclub, a play place, and it goes on and on. He also wanted many animatronics added to the cast along with Freddy’s; Sugar the Candycat, Dug the Dog, Katty the Kat, Buster the Rabbit, Vigo the Snake, Ty the Red Panda, Koly the Koala, Sally the Panda, and a robot of himself as the center stage character. He even wanted variants for the separate areas of the building.

Kluns' The Return to Freddy's

If you couldn’t tell, this was a lot that can’t just be achieved with a FreddysPlus budget.

So, when you go overbudget, you start looking for ways to get more money to fulfill your dreams. Enter: the mafia.

Alison Ahlström, leader of the White Hat Gang, took an interest in Frankburt’s pleas for more money to invest in his location. The idea of the building sounded insane, but it somehow itched Alison’s curiosity to give Frankburt some money.

After about a year in development, FrankburtDiner opened its doors as easily one of the largest FreddysPlus locations. Featuring 12 fully developed floors of all kinds of restaurants. The first few floors are all cheaply themed, with the floors getting more chique and pricy as you ascend.

FrankburtCafe

1. FrankburtFast, a fast food joint featuring mild Bonnie Burgers

2. FrankburtFuji, a cafeteria popular among high schoolers

3. FrankburtFamily, a family-style restaurant featuring texan-styled animatronics that are very annoying

4. FrankburtFelipe, a bakery with some shockingly good bread

5. FrankburtFizz, a pub that has the animatronics more damaged than necessary (They always believe Cafe Chica is their wife for some reason…)

6. FrankburtFanning, a cafe with cold soup and warm salad

7. FrankburtFun, a robotic strip club that was a popular meet-up spot for the White Hat Gang

8. FrankburtFromage, a bistro that nobody visited

9. FrankburtFeast, a buffet with a surprising amount of cultural picks

10. FrankburtFrankfurt, a BBQ place that once had a BBQ competition where Foxy had all his fur accidentally singed off

11. FrankburtFly, a space-themed restaurant that tried combining a buffet with a nighttime club; You don’t dance after eating so much food

12. FrankburtFantastic, a true fine dining place featuring the infamous Lockjaw Lobster

A rather lucrative amount of genres, wouldn’t you agree? Regardless, the fact the building even existed, and even was open to the public, brought many to the location out of pure wild curiosity. This massively helped rake in profits, especially when regulars eased into their favorite floors.

The FrankburtCafe was a success story, right? What could’ve possibly happened for this place to shut down? Well, if you forgot, Frankburt loaned money from the mafia, which meant they wanted in on everything the restaurant was doing.

It began with small stuff–change the menu on FrankburtFun to appeal to their tastes; install a hot steam machine; and promote two members of the White Hat Gang, Grön and Vincent, into manager positions.

It wasn’t until years later that the mafia’s involvement became crystal clear, and authorities found a secret 13th floor underneath the building: WhitePara. Details of this floor are still heavily censored by investigators, but sources leaked it was a sweatshop built around worshipping a demonic effigy of Mephistopheles.

Kluns' Torture Device

This was ultimately what set the final nail in the coffin for Fazbear Entertainment to shut down the FreddysPlus initiative in late 2010, which is poetic because FrankburtDiner was one of the first locations during the initiative, being launched in 2001.

As for what happened to the White Gang and Frankburt? Well, Alison got away scotfree until being jailed for built-up tax evasion in 2013, while Frankburt has repeatedly attempted to revive FrankburtDiner, sometimes under a different name. Without the support of the mafia however, any plans to repeat the spark of FrankburtDiner always comes out short due to lack of budget.

You might’ve already forgotten I mentioned Grön and Vincent, right? Well, they were the ones to reveal to the public about WhitePara under a digital folder of photos titled “The Dreadful Truth”. But why would they betray the White Hat Gang after being promoted by them?

Well, after a quite heated argument between Alison and Grön, his family tragically died in a car crash on December 23rd of 2008. This was actually Alison’s fault, who wanted to punish Grön for speaking against him. This didn’t help at all and it only motivated Grön to start copying confidential files to use against Alison. We don’t actually know Vincent’s motivation for betraying the White Hat Gang, but ex-members did say Grön and Vincent were best friends.

While we know Vincent is currently in witness protection, we never actually know what happened to Grön after the release of The Dreadful Truth, even as I’m writing this. Perhaps Alison made him “disappear”, maybe he’s on the run, or he’s under even more confidential protection?

As we close the tale of this complicated story, I’m leaving you off with one last fun fact of this place. The actual owner, Frankburt Beefpee, would sometimes perform on stage himself rather than his robotic counterpart. And he would always do this under a costumed persona called “The Brother.”

Kitty Fazcat

Kitty Fazcat

Called "Katty the Kat" here to further differentiate her from the original owner--heard she didn't like being included? I dunno.

The Frankburt animatronics are mostly white with one spare color on critical parts. I'd imagine these were characters Frankburt would doodle on his schoolbooks as a kid, only using one marker per character while leaving the rest of the body uncolored.

Sugar the Cat

Sugar the Cat

Kitty and Sugar are a duo of "demon kitties", with Sugar being a candycorn-type vampire.

It's a bit of a childish way to adapt demons, but creates foreshadowing to what's in the secret 13th floor.

Buster the Rabbit

Buster the Rabbit

Himbo rabbit

I beefed him up plenty both for some variety in body shapes and because of his name being the act of "busting".

Personally I think he'd look great in the bakery floor. Big chef's hat, an apron dirtied by flower and dough, and exposed arms since it gets so hot kneading all that dough for the customers...

He'd be good in the strip club floor as well.

Torture Device

Yeah that's straight up Mephistopheles. The rabbit ears are replaced with wings and it's just a demon that looks human.

Now, why him? Well he appeared a lot in German folklore, and I internally gave Alison Ahlström a German background, so that's why I did that.
