We're now in 2017, and Mario & Sonic's Hero Pizza Palace has rebranded to solely feature animatronic performers rather than clones!

The Tails clone reprogrammed them.

The toy animatronics here were of Sonic, Mario, Yoshi, Tails, Luigi, and Cream.

Balloon Cream takes Balloon Toad's place.

But yeah, all the Toys were reprogrammed by the Tails clone to kill the night guard.

Who, again, are all clones.

You know, I never considered they'd clone King Bob-omb to make him a night guard, but I'm adding that because that's really funny.

Again, place got haunted yet again. Too many dead clones resulted in, again, a lot of paranormal reports within the restaurant.

Place closed down almost immediately when patrons entered the restaurant and saw an Amy clone being dragged into the backrooms by Golden Sonic, screaming and begging for her life.

People rushed in, believing the clone to be real, but were too late.

She had turned lifeless by the time they opened the door...

Turns out people will feel sympathetic to anything if it begs hard enough.

Alright, alright. Sorry.

That was a very traumatic experience. People thankfully didn't call it the "Drag of '17" or something silly like that.

Another clone died at the restaurant, but now people finally noticed the extend to how many had died inside the restaurant.

Again, the place had to close down.
